Breathable Mesh Upper
Constructed using a breathable mesh upper, the Saucony Ride 13 Running Shoes ensure breathable comfort for all-day wear. The perforated mesh allows cool air to flow throughout the shoe to remove and uncomfortable heat build-up so you can remain cool, dry and comfortable at all times. The mesh acts as a lightweight second skin whilst 3D overlays provide added structure as well as long-lasting durability. FormFit technology has been used within the upper to create a dynamic fit system, by adapting to the shape and motion of the runner's foot, eliminating millimetres of movement with each stride. This 3D approach to fit uses an underfoot cradle construction that is topped with cushioning that shapes to your foot. Not only does FormFit work to provide a comfortable and supportive fit but, it is also highly flexible and hardwearing increasing the overall durability and comfort over long periods of time. FormFit surrounds the foot in a made-for-me feel which accommodates the feet giving them a feeling like these shoes were made specifically for you. Completing the upper is a lacing system which locks down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.
PWRRUN Midsole
The midsole has been developed using Saucony's new PWRRUN midsole compound which provides even more energy-return, rebound and durability than previous formulations. PWRRUN has been incorporated into the midsole to provide a lively rise with excellent durability features. The midsole compound works to spare your joints as you strike down onto hard, unforgiving surfaces and transform the shocks into energy to give your feet a new lease of life with each step. The PWRRUN extremely soft, and all impacts will be absorbed instantly and effectively, delivering an extremely plush ride which will reduce fatigue and make sure that you be protected from injuries.
