Week 3 missed sessions
I was having a really good week this week followed everything on the plan. I managed to get back to the running after having a tight Achilles. I didn't want to push the run so was happy just to get out for a few 10ks and show no ill effects. The swim is still very disappointing I feel so far away from where I was last year. Last year swimming with Titans it was three really tough sessions of 90 minutes and felt like I was flying in the water. The weekend really messed me up, life got in the way of training.
